FAQ

    1. How long are shipping times?

    Our products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 3-5 days of production. Your products will ship within 5-7 days of your order.  Thanks again for understanding and supporting a small business! We thank God for you!

    2. What's your return policy?

    Here at Faith & Fashion, Co, we strive to give our #FaithFam the best quality and the best service. However, if you are unsatisfied with your item, or if you have received a defected item, please contact us and let us know what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll process your return. Please send us an email at hello@FaithandFashionCo.com.

    3. Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, orders are processed as soon as an order is place. HOWEVER, cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product. Please send us an email at hello@FaithandFashionCo.com if you have any concerns regarding your order. Your satisfaction is our priority. 

    4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- please email us at hello@FaithandFashionCo.com, so we can begin to process your return. 

    5. Do you offer exchanges?

    We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, please email us at hello@FaithandFashionCo.com and we’ll get you a new one. All exchanges will be subject to a pay for shipping cost. Any requests for an exchange must be made within 3 business days of receiving your item(s).

    6. How do I track my order?

    Once again #FaithFam, we thank you so much for your order! Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be emailed to the email address that you provided. If you signed up for text message updates, you can receive tracking info straight to your phone as well! Please be sure to provide us with your best email address and don't forget to check your spam and junk folder. As a reminder, items may take between up to 7-14 business days to arrive as stated on the website and email confirmation. 

    7. What if I never received a confirmation email?

    If you do not receive an email from Faith & Fashion, Co within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder.  However, the email on file might be spelled incorrectly.

    If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please send us an email at hello@FaithandFashionCo.com with your order number.

    8. How should I take care of my shirt?

    • Wash inside out
    • Do not dry clean the garment.
    • Wash in warm or cold water
    • Use Mild Detergents
    • Dry on low settings
    • Do not iron directly on design.

    9. What size should I order?

    Our sizes range from XS - 3XL. We normally use unisex (mens) tees and it is suggested women should order one size DOWN from their normal size. If still unsure, please refer to our sizing chart for more details and suggestions to determine the fit.

    10. Do you only sell shirts?

    For now yes, BUT we are working on providing more products that are faith based and will allow you to Wear Your Faith OUT LOUD!
